Return/Refund/Replacement Policy

All returns require prior approval; please contact us either by phone or on-line to receive your approval prior to shipping the item(s).

RETURNS

• Returns for reasons other than defective items, including but not limited to changes of mind, require prior approval.
• All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.
• All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
• A 21% cancellation fee will be charged for all returns. This fee is waived for returns due to defective products.
• Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges unless otherwise stated or agreed. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at care@betaautoparts.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return our team will inspect the condition of your item to validate it meets the above conditions, once the inspection is approved, we will process your return. Please allow at least sixty (60) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds will be made to the original payment method only. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your bank card statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

If you do not wish to receive a refund, the amount will be credited towards your account for use in future transactions using our services.
